"Morya" is the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration at IIIT Kottayam, dedicated to Lord Ganesha. * Ganesh Idol Installation: A beautifully crafted idol of Lord Ganesha is placed on campus. * Puja and Aarti: Daily prayers, aarti, and rituals are performed to honor Ganesha. * Visarjan (Immersion): The festival concludes with a procession for the immersion of the idol in a water body, symbolizing Lord Ganesha's return to his divine abode.
